Because there isn't the letter B in the Na'vi language, and the script is only semi-canon.

I'm not really much of a fan of that hairstyle... Her body isn't bad (nowhere near Neytiri though) but that just makes her face look weird.

Yeah. That bald-sided hairstyle works decently on male Na'vi, but not really female Na'vi. The female Na'vi behind Peyral in the Toruk scene has a full-headed hairstyle and it looks way better.

I actually don't like the look so much on male Na'vi either... my favourite look is the one Jake has in the middle (which is also one I can do with my hair ), the male Na'vi standing behind the one you mentioned does it well too.
