I've been looking for a certain parody for almost a decade, though. It's an action parody that uses mostly movies from the 80s/90s era.

Terminator 2 comes to mind in the parody, when the main villain and his dog freeze up from liquid nitrogen, a guy shoots them both, and the pieces of the man and the dog meld together to form this mutant dog-man. Another part that comes to mind is where the main guy is shooting into a building above some water, and the shells are coming out of the gun like crazy (Matrix), to the point where the shells have formed an island in the water, and the man is standing on the island of gun shells from the helicopter he's in.

Sorry if that's waaaaay off-topic, but I have no idea who's in this movie or what it's called, and I've been looking for it for ages. Anyone know this film???
