Name something another species has done for us.

Um... helped us SURVIVE?

Without the other species of Earth, we would not be able to survive.

That's not a good answer. Far, far too broad.

Give a specific example of a willing sacrifice they've made for us.

((Did I also mention that we produce conspicuous amounts of CO2, which is beneficial to plant life?))

what have we done as a human race, not individuals. we are all different, and thats the point of this post i think. if we were one community who shared the same ideas and beliefs, who knows. its impossible to tell. in our society its the ones in power who make the final decision. you, as an individual have the power to do whatever you want. and you can do whatever you want, but just keep in mind that you are not alone on this planet

A "willing sacrifice"?

Weren't you the one saying that the other species of Earth lack self-consciousness? How could they then make a "willing" sacrifice?

Well, then they've done nothing to benefit us willingly. So...

Why does caring about our own make us evil again?

Simply caring about our own does not make us evil, not by itself.

But we are aware of the bad consequences of us doing this, and we still keep doing it. THAT makes us evil.

Any species does whatever it can to thrive. No matter what the consequences.

Without them we'd have starved.

Also, you do get various reports of animals (wild and domesticated) saving people's lives (talking of their own free will, not animals trained to such as rescue dogs) although I assume that isn't what you meant really.
