I rarely post in the debate section... But that's basically because not much that I know about gets posted there.
BUT however, I read it a lot as interesting discussions are held there, also, it's the only real place where opinions can be voiced, so I would say an integral part of ToS would go if that did. However, this is ANOTHER debate topic so... That's my opinion.
