Exactly what I think.
I have an advance decision which basically says that if I end up as a vegetable, paralysed, or terminally ill, I want to die. I wouldn't want anyone to make a decision for anyone else though (unless they've been specifically legally granted the power to b the person when that person was capable of doing that)
