![]() Minecraft. A game I discovered very recently through watching a very cool commentator on Youtube, called Seananners. Now, at first glance, you might think: "Wow, this game looks TERRIBLE graphically." "My N64 renders better graphics!" (Oh, and yeah. Everything is a square) Try it, the game isn't free, but you can always....get it some other way.... (yarr yarr) The basic premise of the game is to built WHATEVER you want, WHEREVER you want. You start off with nothing, and the game randomly generates an entire world. Completely random resources etc. You create some basic things, build yourself a shelter. "Why build a shelter Xavier? Thats boring!" Because, when it gets dark, You can see fudge all. Very nasty things come out the ground, and kill you. When I say kill you, I mean some of them walk towards you and explode, some shoot arrows, some leap at you. All of this happening when you can't see your own hand in front of your face. The game is a very detailed game, if you guys can get past the graphics, which I think are pretty damn cool, you can be pulled into this game for hours. I spent about 3 hours making an "Evil Lair" inside a mountain. For the most basic things, and how the game looks and starts out, watch this video: YouTube - Welcome to Minecraft - Welcome to Minecraft - Episode 001 - The Basics
