I'm at a bit of an annoyance.
I have a great two doored dwelling with double chest, furnace, and workshop thing. Not bad. EXCEPT IT'S RIGHT NEXT TO A CAVERN! "Hows that bad?" BECAUSE MONSTERS SPAWN IN THERE! I made a watch tower, and now I have to make ladders and torches to make a tunnel back to my house. I spent all of last night on top of my watch tower because there was a spider stuck in the first level. AND THERE WERE SKELETONS. SKELETONS RIDING SPIDERS!  Oh, and I made a big stone statue of a dude, presumably myself. I'll post some pics if I get the chance. And I got an Iron Sword.

1: is that a survival server?
2: pictures! my house. base of all operations, mining and otherwise.  i've got a farm outside. of obsidian.  and a space inside. with chests.  in the back, theres more chests.  in the mine shaft, theres a tunnel. that goes on for 540~ blocks.  at the bottom of the shaft, i have my mine HQ. used for any 2-3 day long mine trips.  at the other end of the 540~ block tunnel, i have a small base.  with a more... mineralless farm...  the tunnel isn't just a tunnel. it's an event. you must always be careful when preparing for it, as it takes more than 2 minutes of pure 'w' pressing to cross. the mine shaft is a collosal cave network, made of 6 large caves that somehow all found their ways into eachother. it is unmapped, and completely confusing. there is a phantom lava spring, that was found, killed me, hid for 3 days(of playing), popped up again, and has never been seen since. and last, we have the Master Inventory.  this is a picture from 3 days ago. i now have less cobblestone, (18)more diamond, and much more gravel. this inventory does not include the... 28~ buckets that i used and lost for my obsidian farm, countless used pickaxes, or infinate amounts of grown reeds and cacti. inventory updates may be posted.

I currently have a pretty big network of caves right now. Takes me about 45 minutes to go through all the rooms I got. Also finished my minecart track from the start of my network to my castle. About 150 pieces of track. Got my boosters set up to so I don't have to push. They work pretty good.
My castle is up on top of a mountain right now. Its all cobblestone and I hope to have 2 or 3 stories. Its square right now but I hope to build out on the platform I'm on and make towers around it. I'll take some pics tonight while I'm playing.

 A look up at my house  Inside my house. My crafting center on the right there.  A view from top of my house. Each tower with torches is an entrance to my cave network. There are 3 total. One to the left, one in the middle and the one that is barely visible. My minetracks go down the middle one.  Where my tracks start. You can barely see where they enter the mine.  Going into the mine

I have made quite a few buildings so far, and I'll showcase them here.
Unfortunately, I don't have FoW's awesome castles.  Here's the outside of my 'Mountain Hideout':  The inside, starting on mining here:  My sentry tower:  My house, crop/dock, bridge, and tower:  The inside of my house, and the 50 block deep shaft:   And the outside of my 'Sky Manor':  I cheated game physics a bit. Only problem is, there seems to be a lot of fog at the moment. May need to change the render... Lol FoW, how'd you get all the material for the tracks?

 A TNT square.  And a view of mah new world, with a bay and some wooden houses; a furnace (left) a greenhouse/watchtower (middle) and a workshop (right).  Will get some more pics soon, showing the full view of my first world.

Started a new save, just thought I'd show you what I've done so far, my other save somehow got corrupted O.o yeah... So I had to start again.
Here's me showing you around my n00by house (and some outside stuff) I've created.. If anyone wants to watch? (You might wanna fast forward it a bit, as some of the stuff I do at the start is.. Kinda boring )
