I'm not sure either.... I know a thing that allows you to change the logon background image, that's it

I'm currently working on this guys, Tudhaylas gave me his source files, and I'm making this work for Windows. Also, Ill stick up instructions for how to change the logon screen. I only know for Windows 7 though, If you guys know how to do XP then post that too.
