Alright, this show had great potential in my opinion, but I think they really ****ed up... This is NOTHING like Stargate, this is more like a reality show set in space with awesome special effects. And quite honestly, we haven't even encountered a single "normal" alien yet, just some freaky sand-tornado
Well, I hope Season 2 has more to offer, it has been green-lit, but there are no confirmations yet about the release date as far as I know.

Anyways, this is just my opinion on the show. It's definitely worth watching because of the awesome special-effects, and for the lore (which we haven't seen much of tho... really random goa'uld ships wipes out off-world base?).
