Yes I know this is from Avatar the gamne, Hell's Gate looks a little diffrent in rthe game then in the film, but I'm pretty sure these were in Hell's Gate as well. Are these some kind of solar panels? or bunkrer or what? I marked one of them

I believe they are the bases's fusion reactors for power generation. As they had to be transported from Earth they probably have reduced shielding and lighter construction.

They're based of a concept art for Hell's gate that I can't find at present.
