Happy day to you Earth.
This is my thread to put emphases on the Earth day and the release of AVATAR nice!!!!

what do you for the Earth today??

Sadly, I don't think I do to much. I do enjoy watching the birds when I'm waiting for my bus in the morning. I like observing nature. As for as other stuff I do, well I am trying to reduce the amount of plastic bags. Its a bit difficult when I have a husband and a brother who doesn't quite understand (my husband understands a bit more). I know I can do more. The difficulty is getting cooperation from the others .

Hmm Earth Day. I do love this day. What I do is I go for an even longer bike ride with a few of my little cousins, and if I can, my brother as well. 3 to 4 hour bike ride from Racine county all the way to the end of Milwaukee via the bike trail. When were done, we all eat a fruit (I bring an orange and an apple) or a snack pack and head on back home. If I can't get them, I just sit in the park while I do my homework. Even though it is 35-40 degrees over here, I still enjoy the outdoor sunlight and scenery.

Hmm, I don't know what I do for Earth Day, but it's always a surprise to me. How so? When I walk on my way home from college, I just want to remain outside before I sink into my computer chair, looking at the desktop for a good half hour thinking on what I'm supposed to do. I know when Earth day comes around, because it's a perfect excuse to find peace when others would find you for work purposes. The Earth is a good friend of mine, it is the only thing keeping me truly sane in an a rather insane world. I think a true friend would spend time with her and enjoy her presence, which is what I did a good hour ago in the park. I read two chapters from the Voyage chronicle, in the Chronicles of Narnia. The thing that would of made this day perfect was the riddance of nets/mosquito swarms in the patches of grass. They make my walks and bike rides during the summer to be a game of mine-field.

It's unavoidable, you'll swallow about a pound of mosquito's if you ride on the bicycle.

Nice, I am Happy to heard that, I always enjoy outdoor ride, but it's hard to do because I have to much homework or job to do.

Hummm..., I admit it's hard to change our live practice, but only a little change can help and it's not only for hearth it can be for you, like today I don't take the elevator, only stairs, you can only of your computer, any little thing you can do is good.
Any ways the threat is to wished you an happy heart day.
