Actually...I think it rains twice. When Jake makes his first kill and then when he and Quaritch are talking about how he could go back that night, you can hear the rain hitting the roof.

The only one I can really think of is when they are out reading tracks, Neytiri touches the tree and the plants kind of reach out to her.

Thats in the Activist Survival Guide... let me get the book and I'll explain it, but yes it does reach out to anything that moved out in front of it or something... the Na'vi use it as a hunting tracker

Yeah I got mine in the blu-ray pack. So far i've only read the first section on geology and astronomy, but it does seem to go into quite a bit of detail.
