That! and even though i am a girl i am always allowed to join and when they somehow manage to get me down, before i can even think about the floor so many hands are grabbing to get me back on my feet again! i love that feeling... jumping and bumping around, knowing you are safe. and afterwards have a good laugh and a beer... so i think i know what you mean..... many years ago, there was this 80 themed evening every friday in the club i used to go to...and always the same people, and we danced and did acrobatic moves... and clapped and cheered for eachother... no harm, no fights... just the ÚS feeling.. very nice. i do not go out anymore except for the nice metalgigs, but i treasure the feelings i have when remembering those friday nights.... |

Exactly. I said the same thing earlier on in the thread. There's certainly that understanding, because after all, we're all people with the same interests.

I used to hate the whole trance/techno/house genre, but after being at AF for about a week, I decided to open up. I went and got all the electronic I could find on the net. (around 14GB) Within ten minutes I was hooked. I believe the first song I willfully listened to was The Wave by Cosmic Gate. In trance music you can almost feel the love. It's awesome. I'm still a newb, but I haven't put down my cheap JVC cans since.
Also, still listen to Power Metal/Progressive Rock. Sometimes will listen to ManoWar if it comes up on shuffle. Oh, yes, I do listen to NuMetal. Promise not to laugh for 10 sec.

Yeah, I've been listening to a lot of dance and techno lately, too. I like streaming Fusion Radio, they've got some good stuff on their station.
