Step one- teh sauce(this is of course a necessity for any sammich)
Take: Mayo, ketchup, sweet relish, generic yellow mustard to taste, blending it together.

Step two- everything else
Search around for a few scraps of bread, toast.
Gather whatever meat you can find, slap it on the toast, along with any veggies you have(liberally slathering sauce concoction in between layers). Add cheese. Toss in pan w/butter, cover, flip until you reach your desired toastedness.

My favorite.

Dude, that sounds messy as ****.

But excellent. I'll add it to my to-do list.

My sandwiches usually consist of whatever's left in the kitchen: chicken, meatballs, Cheerios, water, cutlery...

On the rare occasions where I've actually got the ingredients, however, I like to cut open a bread roll, chop up some sausages, chuck them in the roll, add a layer of cheese, put in a couple slices of sandwich meat (chicken, turkey, ham... no matter), stuff some meat-flavoured crisps in there (preferably McCoys), blast the whole thing in the microwave, consume, suffer heart attack, repeat.

I lol'd.

"Which filling would one like sir? Teaspoon sandwich sir? Terribly sorry, but we only have Golden Grahams and an old sock today."

And that sandwich sounds so unfathomably epic (despite it being made majoritively from meat products. )

Roast beef, pepperoni, microwave bacon, mozzarella, a sliced jalapeño, bread. Not exactly healthy, but a delicious snack.

Port Salut Cheese.
The one and only.
No, really.
(Except for the obvious cheddar.)
