Yeah they're not the greatest Avatarisations in the world, i'll give you that.

This one really made me "Lolwut?" though. Thing is it's actually quite a good job, but it wasn't really a job worth doing...

Can someone embed an ad please? I have no idea what people are talking about.

Edit: Never mind, my ad block just picked up on the picture being ad and blocked it.

Actually there was an image here, but I noticed neytiri's upper half was naked. So... I removed it

That avatarization was done by a member on AF named 'Avatizer'. He's actually avatarized quite a lot of celebrities. More of his work can be seen on his flickr account: Flickr: Avatizer's Photostream

View Profile: avatizer - Avatar-Forums.com

He posted a video too.

Most of his posts on AF no longer appear in any search results. What a shame.

Ahh I see, so do you know if this was a request made by a company or was his work stolen and used for the advert without permission?

(I personally suspect the latter to be honest)

His work was most likely used for the ad without his approval.

Sssssssick...

In the bad sense of the word, I mean. Seriously, Miley Cyrus as an avatar? She should not be here, go back.

I agree with Fkeu; some works are really not worth doing.

I lol'd

@Vakutu

Well that's pretty appaling. I could not say how POed i'd be if someone just stole my work like that. I mean, he did it for free and for enjoyment, true enough, but asking permission first is a basic first rule no matter what the situation.
