Default Last Movie You Bought.

Hello friends.

I thought I would create a thread for us to post our most recent movie purchase. You can post whatever movie(s) you recently bought, whether it be Blu-ray or DVD, or even off the internet. Remember, it has to be bought and paid for from the internet. No freebies.

I buy new movies fairly frequently, exclusively Blu-rays nowadays. I've got some more movies coming in the mail, and will post them when I get them. Can't tell you yet, super secret.

If you can, pictures of the movie(s) would be great too. Be it a generic image off the internet or an actual picture you took yourself.

I'll start.

Saving Private Ryan is just wow. Absolutely incredible on Blu-ray. The audio is ear splitting. Haven't opened the other two but I have seen them before.

I will bring up maybe classic/boring answer, but very truth for me - The only movie I bought on Blu-ray is Avatar and next one will be Avatar speacial editions at the time of release. I am thinking about buying Matrix trilogy too on blu-ray.

What a great way to start your Blu-ray collection! I am also getting the special edition of Avatar when it releases. Might have to buy two depending on how much it costs. Day one purchase for me.

I only have Avatar on Blu-Ray too, but the last movie I bought was a DVD of the movie Baraka. I still haven't seen it, but I will this weekend. Expect a thread about Baraka soon.

Also I got original Matrix in 720p, I don't care much for the other two.

I just started my blu-ray collection, so I don't have much to show, but I have Avatar and Alice in Wonderland.

Avatar Blu-Ray/DVD combo was the last movie that I bought

My wife and I do use netflix though, so we have rented plenty of movies since we purchased Avatar.

Yikes, 2-3 a year? No way I could buy so few movies! I've bought so many movies within the last month that if I posted them I'd feel as if I was bragging. If you want pictures I will though.

Bluray/DVD edition, Bluray special edition signed by Stephen Lang, and normal Bluray edition signed by Paul Frommer. The two signed ones aren't for use though, I just need to find a good way to display and protect them
