I've bought a tonne of movies lately, and I have an urge to post them. I just love buying movies, especially blu-rays. Apocalypto is a great movie, a bit different but nonetheless amazing.

I have Goldeneye on VHS somewhere. One of my favorite Bond movies. It isn't available on Blu-ray currently unfortunately. I would definitely buy it if it was. I only buy Blu-rays now anyway because it's completely worth it even if you have a half-decent setup. HD video + Lossless Audio = heaven.

That is all Bond movies that are currently available on Blu-ray. (Minus "Never Say Never Again" which isn't an official Bond film) I have Quantum of Solace on Blu-ray and I'm only missing Casino Royale.

Oh, you need to buy Casino Royale! I like Daniel Craig, but I still prefer Pierce...

The exclusive steelbook edition wasn't published in Germany, only in the UK, like you wrote.
So I bought the Blu-Ray in the slipcase.

I don't really like the new Bond films... I prefer the older ones, where there was humour, and part of the appeal was the implausibility and not being ultra-'realistic'. Realism in such films just isn't that interesting.

The Steelbook wasn't released where I live either. I just bought mine on eBay. I live in Canada by the way. If you are willing to use eBay, then you can just buy one from there.

I bought two steelbooks because I wanted one to open, and one to keep sealed. I have two of the regular slipcase ones because one was from the midnight launch on April 22nd and the other is of course Paul Frommer's autograph.

I'm not obsessed with Avatar.

No, you don't obsessed with Avatar.
That's an impressive collection ma tsmukan! Awesome! Outstanding!!
The Blu-Ray with Karyu Pawl's autograph aroused my envy. The "Holy Grail" of Avatar Blu-Ray's and DVD's. Great!

Thank you for the advice with ebay. I'll look for the steelbook-edition right now.

Let's see... the last two movies I bought was Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (had to get it, had the first one) and The Matrix (because my kids lost my original copy).
I don't have a blu-ray player so none of that for me yet. No player that can handle it at all so just regular dvd for now.
My copy of Avatar is from the double disk set my son in law got for his birthday. They kept the BR, I took the regular. (have to check my computer specs and see if it'll play blu-ray...hmmmm)

I got my first movie since Avatar yesterday. Found a $9 combo pack with 28 Day's Later and 28 Weeks Later. Scary thing is something like what happes in the movie could really happen. I mean Rabies is a virus that makes animals go mad and attack everything so it is possible.
