Sure, IRL-wise, Na'vi is a written language.

But lore-wise, it is NOT. In other words, you can spell tsahaylu exactly however you want. Tsahaylu, tsaheylu, tselaylu, awdcnoaw.

I've always pronounced it with an E still...

anyway, it really doesn't matter because as Eltu said, technically there isn't a written form of the Na'vi language, only how humans have written it down to learn it. The Na'vi don't do that.
