I remember I had a weird lucid dream one time, where I knew it was a dream, and so I thought, "if this is a dream, I can do whatever I want" so I walked to a random closet and wanted an XBox to be in it (it was a couple years ago, you tell me why I still remember it) and when I opened it there was nothing... I tried again and still nothing.

I have found I can fight this sensation now and stay in my dream or if things start going wrong I can wake myself up and that's how it feels.

I suppose on reading this I really take what I can do in lucid dreams for granted. I must say though having lucid dreams really adds that extra something to my life that makes it worth living even more so. I believe everyone should experience lucid dreaming and remember it at least once in their life.
Wow cool, you are able to remember your dreams very well, aren't you?

And I agree, Lucid Dreams are fun and fascinating.. living in the night time

I feel you brother, I prepared for last night by watching some Avatar scenes which had good open areas (to teleport to). When I saw a lucid dream last night, I closed my eyes shook my head and found myself awake in bed ..

I had another short LD right after that, this time I didn't even try to teleport anywhere. I just ran around like hell. Well, I did try to fly.. but once again could not

I've had way too many dreams where I'm falling. Just...plummeting through air. At least one of them involved me going off a skyscraper and seeing city streets rush up to meet me. It's always such a relief when I find that I'm laying still again and I don't have that sensation of impending doom in my stomach.

I have yet to have a dream where I can walk right in front of cars and suffer no ill effects. Sounds awesome, though.

I had lucid dreams this morning too. lol I never though it was this easy. On the other hand, I wasn't able to do anything unnatural this time either, maybe apart from jumping 1-2 meters high. (No teleport, no flying)

Because they were wake initiated lucid dreams I suppose I were not in a REM sleep but in a NREM sleep which doesn't involve dreams with unnatural events. >.>

Yeah, I had a lucid dream last night, too. It was very strange because everything, it felt so real that I couldn't convince myself that it was a dream. I suspected I may have been dreaming, so I was consciouse in the dream, but I didn't fully convince myself that it was a dream.

I tried summoning a Bioshock hypodermic filled with a plasmid (I think it was electro-bolt), but it never materialized. Then I faded back into regular dreaming.

God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy **** we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives.
