I'm quite similar. But now I have to eat a lot more healthy food then I used to..Which is bad because my only food crime was eating a moderate amount of chocolate. >.<

Food isn't the only factor in weight loss - people who are very active eat a LOT, and not only healthy food too.

The best thing to do is have a combination of excersize and eating enough of the right foods. That's not to say you can't have junk food.
And try not to eat any fast digesting carbs before you go to sleep.

Nice hints there.
 Also people shouldn't snack after 9pm. It won't be metabolised properly.I think it's good to have food in moderation, except for vegetables.

Nope.
Just on a train and then walking. They've just came back. Plus the storm has moved on. There was a lightning bolt that was quite close. It looked amazing from that close.

I believe sun burns, and, in some ways, skin cancer, is self inflicted by mind states. My family disagrees. Still though, I go out in the sun every day, and I hardly ever get sun burns.
