Hey guys ,
I just wodered how you call that feeling when you think about something that you really like and you can almost feel your heart burst of happiness when think of it , it's a unique feeling I can't describe as good as I can describe other things but I'm quite sure most of you felt that way too some time . How did that come to my mind ? Well , I lately started thinking about going to see Avatar again in my local theatre , and with every day that passes by with not going, the anticipation seems growing and growing and that heartwarming-heartbursting feeling keeps getting more intense too . You could almost describe it in a way like the whole movie or what you know about it is just screened in front of your mind in a splitsecond and your body gets overflooded with messengers of happiness . I've had it before Avatar came aswell sometimes , but I never could find a word for it and I think I never had it as intense as with Avatar . I wouldn't quite say it's euphoria , well maybe it's partly euphoria but there's something else mixed in but I can't quite figure out what it is , nor what I should call it since speech is just so limited , so what do you think it should be called ?

I pretty much get a feeling similar to what you described everytime I think about Neytiri and Pandora. I also haven't seen the movie in a while and am going to watch it again soon. I can't think of a good word for it but i'll try to describe it. It is sort of like butterflies in your stomach but not because your scared but you are just full of happiness. Thinking about being in the bioluminesent forest at night or flying an Ikran over the Hallelujah Mountains with Neytiri gets me everytime. Looking into her golden eyes and not having anything to worry about. Just me and her living in the moment and loving life.
lol is that kinda what you mean?

hmm, I think it sounds closer to joyful anticipation. That might account for the "butterflies".

I know the feeling, but I certainly don't have a word for it, other than 'Avatar'.
