But yeah,
the particular thing most troubling is the message to avatar, in which some have took wrongly, and their hating of their own race, wishing to be a navi are as the previous poster said, ludicrous and rather disturbing. Much like how jake took soo quickly too the navi race, and abandoned humanity and easily sided and killed his older allies in a basis of three months, a part of this movie has a screw loose.

Well Cyan, I see it like this.
If people have specific opinions, let them have them, unless it directly damages you. Just respect the fact that other people might have different opinions, and live like that, both in ToS, and otherwise. Ok, people want to be a Na'vi and hates the human race - so what? How does it hurt you? Post in the threads you like, stay away from and keep quiet about the threads you don't like - and everything works out for everyone.

how can you hate the human race though,
there are certainly individuals that warrant hate, but theres good, hating your own race is a bit of a disturbing revelation, to hate your own race sounds like the mentality of a serial killer. Love the human race as a creation, though flawed.

i've just read the last 4 pages and seems like no one likes Avatar anymore
 this sucks. this is a great place but i realized a long time ago that there aren't many threads about the avatar world, like the animals, the plants etc... i'm a science person so i enjoy these discussions so maybe that's why i feel how i feel. but as long as this place is still alive i'll stick around.BTW i totally understand about people being unfriendly, rude etc.. the first time i posted in the "Ban the user" game thread, the first response i recieved was "What's your point?" and although i didn't reply, i just thought "WOW, what a dick, this guy can't even be nice on the internet". Other people may takes this more seriously so if everyone could refrain from being so negative, or being such a tough guy then i think it would make a big difference. It's not hard to do, but i guess it just depends on the individual's personality. Anyway, good to know there's a thread for duscussing this issue

This is not the end of ToS, in fact I see things getting brighter...
1) the special edition release of Avatar will give us more to discuss 2) Avatar 2 in the future 3) Avatar 3 in the future 4) my family here This place is the first place I think of logging onto everyday when I get onto the computer, this place, you all are so incredibly amazing. Thank you Eltu for this great hopeful and uplifting post. I will remain on ToS as long as there is one other member here, and even then  Love you all so much Peace Love Unity and Respect
