It's the basic theme, it reduces graphical elements.

Also, it's not hard to mod the start button anyway, I have a Na'vi one

Customizatioooooooooon. This is more simple than a lockscreen of a modern cellphone, but it's my computer's homescreen! Panels can GTFO.
