It alot harder then it seems to mix images into a believing new one.
Especially hard with faces, people are programmed to recognise a face and although people often cant tell whats wrong most people will see that something is off.
I like the second one, hard for me to say in english but the first has too much contrast.
It works way better in the second image. Oh and be carefull with the smudge tool, you used it too much in the nose region, be subtle.
Good work tho (nice photoshopping skills), i like the picture!
Oh and btw, you use a mouse or a pen? If you like to do graphics work digitally, i would recommend trying a wacom!

Have to ask tho, whats with the different colored eyes? And its the other way around in your signature

Thank you so much for your comment & the tips I use the mouse, usually. What is a wacom?

Because of the eyes... Oops, I did'nt notice that's the other way around in my signature Haha
They are different coloured, because I do some Role Play Games in a german Avatar forum, and my character has these kind of eyes

Here is another picture, I worked the last 2 days on it...

Looking pretty good. Nice photoshopping.
If you are looking for improvement tips towards "realistic"; then perhaps a little less contrast in all aspects. The colors could be a little more muted, the the shapes a tad less vivid, perhaps?

A wacom is a digital drawing tablet:

Also available as/with built in screens:
