Post A Message from Hunter...

Let me just start off by saying I'm sorry for my absence here. My pc crashed and I have been without a computer for several days. Somehow I've managed to find a way on, but my time is short.

Ever since the SE, I've felt empty. That all changed yesterday.

Reluctantly at first, I decided to watch the regular old Avatar in my room on dvd. The experience was amazing, better than ever before and I felt the film emotionally the exact way I wanted. It was perfect. The entire world went away when I watched it. Possibly one of my best viewing experiences ever.

To all who want to go long periods without Avatar...don't. I saw it just one week after the SE and look what happened. Do not worry about whether you'll get tears or not. If you're a true fan, you will get that warm amazing feeling with every time you watch.

To all who have seen the SE and feel empty...do not hesitate to watch your Avatar dvd to cure your mixed feelings. Do not starve yourself until the cabinet edition. For me, watching Avatar in the comfort of my own home provides me with the best and most powerful emotional experience I can possibly feel. That beats going to a movie theater any day in my opinion. That will never die.

I want you all to go watch Avatar. You will come back more refreshed than you know. I know Fkeu'itan already has...

With all that said, thank you for reading this.

Oel ngati kameie to you all
I will be returning soon

It's alright, computers crash, it happens.

Watching Avatar in the comfort of one's home, is in my opinion (and like you said) the absolute best way to experience Avatar. You don't have to worry about other people around you, you can let your emotions run free.

I myself didn't feel empty after seeing the SE. I felt happy and sad at the end though. Nowadays when I watch Avatar, I feel happy and inspired.

I don't take very long breaks without watching Avatar usually. Although at the moment I haven't seen it since August 28th I believe it was. I still need to go see it in IMAX, because if I don't them I'm SOL forever.

Sounds amazing... Maybe I'll watch it tonight if I'm not too tired

I know what people mean about at home being good, with no distractions...

Understandable with your family I guess...

I mean sure, the cinema is great with 3D, bigger screen and better sound, but there are always ayskxawng, or some distraction... I have only ever had 2 or 3 PERFECT viewings at the cinema.

I desparately want to watch again.

Perhaps soon i'll have the opportunity to do so again. I agree with what you're saying. For me, it was the healing touch I needed after months of what was esentially dispair and a feeling of hopelessness.

I might see it one more time in theaters if it still in theaters next Friday. I have some friends who wants to see the special edition. If not, I'll probably watch the special edition with him or her or both at home on my tv. My 72" 1080p 7.1 surround sound tv... (does that count as a theater?)

Just saying:
