I don't mind because people who want it will watch it, people who don't like it will soon enough forget that it even exists. To some people, they DO consider the Na'vi attractive and there is no harm in this.

Also, there is plenty of rule 34 around, some of it very bad, some actually fairly good - there has been since Avatar was released - how does a film make things any different?

Oh they don't harm anyone (theoretically )

It's just that being a fan and all, and seeing as how I feel about it, seeing it reduced to nothing more than a sexual fantasy is a little annoying.
