I always avoided 0.4-0.1 because it was always permacamped, especially with HACtors (most overpowered ship ever!) with remote sensor boosters. Of course, 0.0 is out unless you're in a massive blob, but I still found plenty of griefers in higher sec who were fun to annoy and occasionally kill

I like to think of it this way:

High Sec - Beginner-moderate players
Low Sec - Moderate Players
Null Sec - End game Players\ High-end

I beg to differ. I went to and lived in 0.0 1 week into the game.

Lowsec isn't the hell hole everyone makes it out to be. After you know your way around, you get a feel for the traffic. You know automatically which places are dangerous, when things will be blockaded, etc. If you know what you're doing you won't lose much.

In the lowsec place I live in, we practically own the place having kicked everyone else out and conduct raids into 0.0 space in small gangs. That screenshot I posted yesterday was a raid into 0.0. We ran into the minmatar militia. They had us outgunned with more expensive ships but we still came out on top being better organized. 0.0 isn't always about large fights.

Nulli Secunda Killboard Related kills & losses

Perfect fight, not huge, but nowhere near tiny.

Depends on the area. In my old home, there were two systems within 2 jumps, each leading into a fairly large lowsec area. One of those systems was just about permacamped with the exception of right on either side of downtime, the other was occasionally clear but most people didn't risk it other than with a covops.

Get with HNM and he'll give you a list of complaints and angry things to say about CCP. Then you can pretend to be a bittervet too.
