Many villains. For starters:
Amon Göth - Schindler's List (Superb acting. My most hated movie villain. Most terrifying of all, the movie didn't portray the full scale of this SS officer's madness and evil)  The Joker - The Dark Knight (He's badass)

1) Agent Smith [ The Matrix ] "Humanity is desperately trying to justify an existence without meaning or purpose! Why Mr. Anderson WHY, WHY DO YOU PERSIST???"  2) Darth Vader [ Star Wars ] "Do not underestimate the Power of the Dark Side ! ]  3) Chancellor Sutler [ V for Vendetta ] "We need to remind them why they need US !!!" Yeah big Brother here got what he deserved xD Of all, I hate him most
