I saw TRON 3D yesterday, it was "meh" ... 6/10. You really can't compare it to Avatar in a lot of ways. It's two movies with two diffirent settings and characters. Wichones best is a matter of taste.

I've seen Tron LEgacy three times and loved it every time, I listen to the music... a lot... even while I'm on second life in my pandora sim...
But comparing the two movies? It's like the Trek/SW competition.. there really is no comparison. They are both fantastic movies, different in their scope, both are based on storylines that had been done before (or parts of it), but other than that, they're both great movies, but I'm not comparing them to each other. When Tron Legacy comes out on dvd, I sure as hell am going to buy it, it will get played about as much as Avatar on my computer. I really hate it when fans create this competition but what else can you expect from 20 something geeks who are still in the dominance mode of puberty. So, that said... moving on shall we?

I saw tron in Imax3D it was really good, I'd definitely see it again, but Avatar was hands down better, "Low re-watch ability" made me "lol" myself and various others have seen it over 20 times.
Either way both movies are amazing <3
