Believe me it is my pleasure to do the the 'family holiday/vacation video'. I'm now just over half way with adding the commentary. Just sorry it is taking so long. Anyway, here is the next bit. If anyone who hasn't been to the exhibition is following this thread who is thinking of going, you may not want to watch it so it does spoil the experience as it shows the inside of the exhibition. Otherwise enjoy

Alan

Oh wow! I just got done watching all the video excerpts you edited together, Alan (all the ones so far) -- great work! I esp love your narrations -- very appropriate and funny too!
Really can't wait to see this video when it's all done.

I second along with CyanRachel and Moco Loco on this one!! You have been doing such a great job on this video ma Alan. I love the "humor" factor involved as I think it really adds to it and it really makes it more entertaining and completely enjoyable! 'ing IT!!

Irayo my friends for all the kind messages. I'm getting all embarrassed . I'm glad you're finding it hits the right level as it's hard to gauge what it too much/not enough/level of humour, which it why I normally just end up wall papering my videos with music!

As I say, I'm about halfway now and will post them through as I do them. Once it's all done I'll start doing the DVDs for everyone, but it might be a couple of weeks yet at the rate I'm going. Sorry...

Alan

Let's see if the MultiQuote finally works...? And... action!

done! we'll get ourselves on the crying bench in the tearing section! (I have the feeling that I know you, too, & besides, for quite some time... ahem... oh, I know! we lived before on Pandora!)

since I am across the ocean, & then some, from you guys I kinda thought you all live round the corner from each other... which is Not. Wouldn't it be nice just to jump on one's ikran & swoop by, without bothering about the airfair? (sigh) ah well! Like in Star Wars: "The opportunity shall present itself". Something will work out. Especially that we have the whole year btw you're very good at planning

Alaaaaaaaaaaaan... kidding, are you? "spoil the experience", whatcha talking about! it's such a teaser! if anything I would be more into going than ever before provided I could do it! But no worries. I'll get there.
Ironically, this is the only video that was not getting stuck every 10-15 secs like the rest so I was able to watch it (almost) uninterrupted. This has nothing to do with You Alan, don't worry at all! the videos are brilliant! I just love to see (when I can) how you people laugh, joke & have such a wonderful time. It's more like a hint for me, bigger than a cathedral that rather than watching videos, I should do it for real

Kaltxi Txonä,

Hey, no worries matey. Yeah, I have to say seeing the video every night and looking at the photos (whilst at work) kinda makes me feel like I never left to come home, especially when we chat on here or skype or whatever.

Well Txonä, you'll be the 'lucky swine' going back there in a couple of weeks to make some more memories and talk Na'vi with PAUL FROMER - YEAH!!!! You have a great time there and remember to tell us all about it

Hehehe. Welllll....I was giving folks the choice. Even though it was a bit of a weak one! Yeah, you'll get there, Apache. Just make it a goal and it will be so. That's what I did.

Ahhh, I get that as well sometimes. It is probably due to it being high definition on You Tube. You can lower the viewing resolution if you want by clicking on the 'YouTube' link in the lower right hand corner of the You Tube window that appears. Whilst viewing it through the You Tube site, you can lower the resolution. Hope that helps.

Well, here is the next installement. Again this contain shots of the exhibition. Although you can miss that if you fast forward to 3mins 40sec to see us raid a newspaper stand and feed our faces. Here it is:

Great work again Alan. Really captured the exhibit well.

Alan ma tsmukan ~ it has been so exciting to have these awesome episodes that you created of our gathering ..... except, I am starting to get a little sad as each day ticks away and we are getting closer to the end. Is there any way that you can extend our journey?
