This game is awesome.
Dunno if anyone else got it, or the first one, but both are really great takes on survival horror, and help refresh the genre somewhat. The new enemies in the second one are crazy. At one point I got attacked by about 20 space zombie kindergardners, dubbed "the pack". It didn't end well D:

It looks great, I may get it this summer when I finish spring semester of college.

Have you played "Amnesia: The Dark Decent"?

If it's really that bad, then I want to try it; so far nothing has been able to truly scare me in a videogames/ entertainment in general. Dead Space has a lot of parts in it that would probably scare most people, but I'm unphased. To be honest, most of the horror in this game is disturbing; there's one new enemy I encountered that was basically a bloated, necromorph-infected newborn baby full of some sort of explosive organic compound. Their only goal is to writhe around until they get close to you and then explode. On the other hand, I preordered it, so I got a special gun and armor that are ridiculously strong (and you get them from the beginning) for preordering it, so that takes away from the scare factor a bit. I wound up making an extra save file from earlier in the game, before I got the armor, so that I could also get a playthrough using the normal equipment sets to see if/how much harder/scarier it would be.

Amnesia puts you unarmed, into a dark castle full of monstrosities, and an, well, an "entity" stalking you. You have no idea what's going on in the beginning, but pick up journals and such to learn who and where you are.
You have no defense against the horrors. You can only run. God its scary.

Sounds like fun. I wiki'd it; I'll have to wait until later this year, when I'll have an actual PC set up for games like this, but this is going in my game backlog for now.
