I don't think anyone should worry about the activity, or raise your concerns because of it. People will come back to talk whenever they want to talk. I'm enjoying myself offline and playing loads of games, studying, and working. Plus, since I don't really mix well with people, my input is minimal at the best of times. I like to play with Charisma and I find that talking alot is strictly annoying. That's about as straight to the point as I can get.

People are not annoying, it's the way conversations are made and done that's annoying. Building interest in the form of text is very difficult, because someone needs to read it first. Without interest, a chat with no point does more harm than good. Small talk is an art and many don't even recognize it as such.

My friends on my clan forum site are quite quiet too. There is no good FPS game out there for us to play. We are a critical bunch (ex's. BF2 is terrible with hit-reg (even the updated version of it), CoD is just a frag game with no unique edge, etc.). We pub every now and than, but than we get reminded of why we quit the game in question and outright drop it. You can take many things out of that, but what I want you to recognize is the fact of interest. We are not playing games all that much anymore, hence we don't talk very often. Our forum board is active every now and than, but that can change quickly. That can happen we find interesting news on a game/movie/music/tv show/you name it.

Multimedia is a problem for ToS I think; we are all from different countries and their might be something in our culture that's extremely popular but it's unique to your country alone. Like I'm psyched about learning some Jimmy Buffet and Van Morrison songs on my guitar. In Europe, I don't know if you've heard of Mr. Buffet, but he has songs that can bring Paradise to you, instead of you to it. Movies is a different matter, their international so their is no question for it's debut.

I don't have many friends either; the few I have make excuses for not hanging out. Who doesn't want to have a temporary lan of Command and Conquer? Or Minecraft? or a weekend-long lan?

If you read this and found it interesting, than congratulations. It was not my intention, but than again, is it ever?
