Not exactly annoying per se, but I think that the Great Mighty Poo from Conker's Bad Fur Day is disgusting by nature:

Galactus at the end of Marvel vs Capcom 3 on very hard. So far hes been quite a hassle for me.
The hulk doesn't really count but when I have to face him on hard or very hard he continuously spams the same attack over and over. This is the game I'm currently playing so I cant really think of any other really challenging bosses. Bosses generally aren't that tough, all you have to do is find the right groove and rinse-wash-repeat.

Hell yeah, dude. All my people are on level 99 and I got like 99 megalixirs, 4x Knights of the Round Table(mastered), and 5x Mimics(mastered). I asked my friend why I can't beat them and he asked me to get KOTR and Mimic. I told him I already did and he told me then to just beat'em. I tell I can't and he says I just suck.

For me, the most annoying boss would be the Supreme Hunter in Prototype..He takes chunks out of you with his devastator attacks and there are only so many missiles to throw at him. I did the rest of the game easily but I got annoyed at this point (the last boss in the game)

Don't waste too much time with the missile throwing. Just use your pain devastator attack as much as you can, consume the humans, than repeat. That is the best way.

From KH2, the hardest bosses were Xaoldin(the one who looks like Wolverine from X-men) and the Sniper dude inside the fortress.

Metroid Prime 1 and 3 were easy for me, very easy. But the Emperor Ing at the end of MP2 I could NEVER GET PAST!

I feel ya, but Dark Samus 3 after the Imperor Ing was harder. Besides him being made of pure phazon this time, the newer cloaking abilities, and dodging all of the ka-me-ha-me-ha blasts of phazon, it took me forever to figure out how to get past his ultimate phazon shield.
