Ok .. Mika is not a fatalist .. but considering the news of Japan .. and remembering my age, (I'm part of that generation that grew up with the thought of nuclear war being a constant reality) ... and learning how to try and protect one's health in the event ... anyways thought I might share and post this for reference .. just in case!
