Good deal. Anyway, yeah I think it depends on how you define "opposite". Opposite in which way? An extremely progressed civilization always has to be full of life, so a literal opposite doesn't exist, imo. In this case, you either have the barren wasteland, or the thriving (perhaps interplanetary) society of the future.

That's why Earth from WALL-E is a good example of a complete opposite. Of course, things can be opposite in a specific way but not all.
