I'm going to compile all these into one video. Does anyone know where the one of Grace alone in the lab is? Also, please tell me if you have spotted any others. Best place to look would be the videos on the official avatar youtube channel, particularly the early ones.

There's a shot of Grace alone in Parker's office in the Oct 2009 trailer. Do you mean that one?

Indeed.

As it has been pointed out, there are quite a few of them.

There were several hours worth of it that were shot, but only a fraction made it in. What we don't know is if whole separate scenes (i.e., a scene about an animal that lives there but was not introduced in the movie, like Slingers) are still out there, or if all that didn't make it were bits and snippets from scenes that we already know about.

That's a little annoying
I guess they are possibly part of the scenes from the script, or maybe even the unfinished deleted scenes.
The link effect (1:11) is probably just an earlier version though, which was just changed for the release.

The length limitations were both to make it watchable by people with less of an attention span, but also to allow it to fit onto the reels of a film IMAX - the original cut is ~8 minutes less than the maximum possible time.

..and the SE cut is ~0 minutes less than the maximum time. It has *Really* short credits (like 1 full screen slide and that's it) on the IMAX reel.

Have found one or two more trimmed shots in the Jake featurette. Will be adding these as well.

Edit: False alarm, those shots were there after all!
