Alright, well. I searched, my friends, and I didn't find another thread like this. Shoot me if I'm wrong, or if there's anything else wrong with this thread.

So, it's happened to us before. To all of us, to the very best of us. Something happens - someone is stupid, ignorant, or...hell, maybe we stub our toe. Suddenly we're filled to the brim with pure, unabashed anger. Now, we can have many ways of letting out this anger - our poor, innocent friends/family/pets, yelling, stomping a bit.

Or, now...posting here! Whatever you need to rant about, complain about, really just let go about it...go ahead! I'm asking that in this thread we try and steer away from any real mean spirited debates, though. This is a place for people to release about anything. Anything. If you don't like what someone says, take it up with them in private, please.

Alright, well...that being said, I'll end this here. Go on, guys. Let it out.

I find the best way to alleviate myself of nasty, homicidal, psychotic, murderous, evil thoughts is to find an object of significant durability, but still reasonably soft to my hands. Then, punch the crap out of it until I feel better.

Pillows are too soft. And as I have personally found, large metal saucepans hurt far too much.

Yes, though far more like stress issues. Frustration, annoyance, and what not. One might say I do an excellent job of keeping it down though.

I'de done that a few times, but one of my favourite things to do is to take a long walk at night. Find somewhere that's a bit darker if you can, the stars are a great friend, and they always let me think... If only they were easier to see around here

Sometimes I put music on, find a song that matches my feelings and listen to it as I go. I've been doing it barefoot for a while since I started doing that and it helps focus me as well
