Got the soundtrack [avatar] when it was first available haha CD of course... got Inception on my wishlist but i keep buying other CDs (electronic because i want to DJ with them and of course listening pleasure)

Just that I wouldn't buy it without all the tracks. It is definitely one of the best soundtracks I've heard, if not the best.

Ehh I think the LOTR soundtracks take the "best" soundtrack spot by far. The Complete LOTR soundtrack is over 10gbs! Its close to twenty hours of music and all of it is amazing.

I think I bought the Original Sound Track on MP3 download in a day or two after seeing it the first time.
It got a lot of play in my car. Good thing I got MP3s; the CD would probably have worn out.

Then I re-bought it as the Deluxe version (MP3 again) as soon as it came out.
It's got a lot of play also.

There's the Original Sound Track - available on both CD and MP3.
There a "Deluxe" version that has a few more extra tracks - available on MP3 only.

Then there's also the coveted "Complete Score" which was never released; but apparently was on e-bay for a (very) short period somehow; it's essentially the full score to the movie; though apparently there are slightly varied versions of that also.
There is a push from the fan community for the "Complete Score" to be officially released for sale. As is; the "unreleased" copies are rumored to float around in the corners of cyberspace.

Absolutely!!! I just can't believe all the "bonus" tracks were not added to the CD

I mean sure there were "reasons" as to why they didn't but I think some of the most beautiful music WERE the bonus tracks.
