Weird things that happened to us.

The purpose of this thread is to talk about the things that happened to us that could be considered fiction.
I start: the weirdest thing I can remember is having seeing an UFO when I was a child. I was about 8 or 10 years old, it was a sunny day and about midday I was playing in the backyard of my house. My mother called me for lunch, so I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I was drying my hands with the towel when I looked at the window and this thing appeared, moving above the roofs of the neighborhood, without making any noise, it was the classic flying saucer. It must have been, at the closest point, about some 30 meters from my house and it was coming closer. It was the most frightening moment of my short life. When I was to start to run away, this thing stopped and started to move vertically into the sky, then I was able to move. The whole "encounter" lasted for only a couple of minutes, but it was enough to paralyse me of pure panic.
