I'd started bodybuilding just a month in a half ago, just to try and get an X shape(plus, I want the physique of a Na'vi), but not get my legs so big to where I have to waddle, I just want to have ript legs and everything else. I was what, 6'1, 6'2? Now I'm 6'3 in a half when measured barefooted.
I think I'm winning now.

I generally either avoid wearing shoes, or wear Vibram FiveFingers, which are ~3-4mm thick on the bottom, so I don't get anything added to my height.

I'm 5 foot 5 and haven't grown anymore in height since I was 15! I also wear Vibram Fivefingers all the time, glad to hear you do HNM. I'm always getting stopped in the street by people wondering what the hell they are! I need to contact Vibram to ask them to give me commission as a few people have bough them because of me :p

On topic: According to several people in my family, I'm actually growing. Personally, I think that's due to them seeing me physically fairly infrequently though
