Marathon. Yer man. I would go for one - the only thing, I guess I won't go back... "there are many dangers on Pandora; the biggest is that you may get to love it too much"

*"Apache, be normal for a change!" - "Define 'normal'".*

I thought they where nuts.

I mean why on earth would anyone pay to see a movie a 2nd time in the theater? You've seen it once what possible reason would there be to see it again in the theater for that much money...

When I was going the 2nd time; 3 days after the first. I realized that this was something different. And that the 2nd viewing may not be enough...

2D: 7
3D: 2
Fake IMAX: 1
Then the BluRay came out. The timestamp on my receipt from the store says 00:02.
Once on an airplane.
Real IMAX (SE): Twice. Back to back. At a cost of $1000.
Rented a movie theater to watch the CE when it came out.

Current count is at Pxevofu.

I mean why on earth wouldn't anyone pay to see Avatar again in the theater?

Darn it! Just seen this thread - doh!

There's no way I can make it across to Norwich tonight - meh!

Afraid I ended up loosing count of how many time I watched Avatar in the cinema when I approached 30 viewing! So I ain't got a clue now...but it's loads! Hahaha.

Avatar SE was showing in the Birmingham IMAX through until March this year!

Yeah, definitely have to try for the proper movie theatre in Seattle next year if we can!

Alan

I've never had any problem from 3.
I think that a lot of people expected them, so their mind obligingly fills in with problems.

Neither have I until I saw Avatar SE in the XD 3D theater and HAD to have one right then. Saved up my pennies and bought it. I knew of no one who had a 3D tv around town and Best Buy was the only place locally that sold em.

Hmm .... a clan meeting at Ahoragi's pad ... now that would be interesting indeed!

(but it would be even better if we could arrange a screening of Avatar at the local cineplex ...)
