Nothing about it is suprising. He's probably been sued a bunch of times over Avatar-related issues. And people ALWAYS sue famous people a long time after the time of the "apparent" incident.

This is why I think courts should be able to award punitive damages against people making frivolous lawsuits.

Also, do these idiots not actually realise that 1994 < 1998?

Edit: Link is from 2010, this isn't new. Of course, nothing happened from this
