Winter's Bone (2010), on blu-ray. wow! the first film of Jennifer Lawrence, and she was nominated for an Oscar, should've won one. i thought she was spectacular and riveting in this indie movie, the girl is a born actress. i'm going to have to watch it again. wow.

Zootopia ,, while the films underlying message would probably go over most child's heads ,, the story writers also directly reflected in the films imagry Avatar's scenes a number of times , including the Thandor Chase , Jakes falling through the forest canopy and bouncing off the giant leaves his walk in the narrow ledge behind the waterfall ,, to name a few ,,

Snowpiercer, on Blu-ray. interesting, thought-provoking visual commentary on class warfare and dystopian future of this increasingly endangered planet. also, quite a bit of bang for a low budget indie.

"Lurking Fear"

It wasn't bad for a low budget horror movie. And I liked the twist at the end.

Quest for Fire (1980) Ron Perman and Rae Dawn Chong star in it.

Basically the story of primitive humans in the Neanderthal time and how life was for them.

I just got done watching "Troll 2". I wanted to see it for a long time and I'm glad I did. While it is bad, it does have that charm to it. There's a hint of a good movie in there, it's just loaded up on crazy. I loved it so much.

TROLL 2 yeeeah, never heard of that one, will have to see it. I haven't seen any new movies lately. I saw No Country For Old Men a bunch of times for a class, and I also do love that movie. Latest theater movie was Suicide Squad, which was not as bad as I was expecting. "TV and Movies", I'm watching American Crime. I'm so shaken from the last season that it's hard to see these actors as different characters. I had that feeling in American Horror Story too but not as intensely, that was damn good.
