I decided to see Gladiator again since I haven't seen it in a while. I still like it. Its one of my favorite movies but not for the history which is close to nil. I had forgotten how much they screwed up Roman history but oh well. Its an entertaining story with heart and that is what I like in a movie
 .

I watched 2012 last night. It wasn't the worst movie I ever saw, but other disaster movies of previous years were much better.
But it was too long, there were too many unlikely escapes at the last moment scenes and the action scenes were often bordering on silly. Far too many clicheed characters and I didn't really relate to the characters. Also, I am getting so fed up with children being used to gain our sympathy.
