Haha, I just got back from seeing The Avengers a second time and that shirt made me wonder, how would Jake in any way be able to contribute

Edit: I realize my post is really off topic, sorry.

He'd make a decent supersoldier if you strapped him into some power armour.

That goes for most people, depending on the armour's spec.

Indeed, that's the entire premise of Iron Man - he's rich and has power armour.

One reason I'm not too crazy about JC partnering with China is they way they treat animals. Perhaps his influence over there will cause people to realize what they're doing to living creatures and they'll change their ways. It may be a long shot, but we can always hope.

Yeah, **** the oppressed citizens and the Tibetan people who if they haven't fled to India, are brought up in China to believe they are less than dirt, as long as the animals are okay.

I tend to get carried away about people mistreating animals. I shall rephrase that: perhaps JC's influence will show the Chinese how badly they are mistreating the environment, people and animals. Will it actually do any good? Maybe. They certainly need something to get their @$$es on the right track.

If the 2008 Olympics didn't do anything, I doubt a smarmy film director will.

This is true; although, sometimes it can be difficult to remember that.

The olympics was china showing off to the world; sweeping their actions under the carpet. It's the complete opposite of his.

I highly doubt that James Cameron has any intention of trying to show China how the good North American way to do things are.

Rather interesting idea.

Both with Chinese human characters, stops avatar feeling so american and allows some development of the earth. The idea of Chinese na'vi actor is also interesting, it would make the race more varied.
