How do I start a Poll?

My love and I were in bed this morning, and we were wondering aloud, with the bias toward younger members, we were wondering how many of us are Married, how many single, and how many living with a S.O. but not married.
We would love to see3 a poll on such a subject without asking if the Marriages and relationships were straight or gay.
How would we set something like that up??
