I know people will compare Avatar with the horrible Starwars spinoffs over the years prequels cartoons ect. Now.

But I see this as a good thing, And I know James will only give the rights to People that He knows will give the Universe Justice.

Thanks for posting Moonbeam! Awesome news for all of US Na'vi!

More stuff can never hurt what already exists, that's why I always liked pretty much all Avatar related ideas, the stuff at Disney World, other additional materials like books, etc

I've been saying this from day one, give us a comic book strip. Give it to dark horse they need it after losing star wars.

Eh, I thought the Star Wars clone wars cartoons were pretty good.

That certainly would get me to step foot back inside of a comic book shop.

Here's another article about JC's plans for Avatar. No login required for this one.

Great news!

Is it true Avatar 2 will be written by someone other than JC? I'm hearing all sorts of different things.

Oh man, I am behind an Avatar comic idea. Avatar worked as a long live action movie so I think it could work as anything more simple as well.

I've been putting together comic book style collages of scenes
from Avatar, and other Zoe Saldana films

Here are some I've made,

These are from the film Colombiana,

So is this a new trend? Marvel, DC, and Star Wars have all put together "plans for the next X" years.
