It was just a dream anyways, and there are no limits to what can happen in a dream.

Weird dream though, sounds like it might be something from a film with the part about leaving a necklace there.

Yeah! Jake was really whazzed off about Norm losing his necklace because it meant skypeople would know that a Na'vi was there scouting. Actually, the last "scene" from my dream was this: Jake tried to intently stare into the direcamels eyes cos this way he "would see what the direcamel had seen", i.e. he was trying to get an impartial picture from the animal's point of view, but the direcamel got nervous & started kicking. Then I woke up

*Sigh* I remember a time when I used to have Avatar-related dreams... They used to be so real, so tangible. A few times, I even managed to have sensual experiences, the feel and textures of things, smells, a few taste experiences too if I remember correctly.

Sadly, now I don't dream at all.

Sadly, now I don't dream at all.

*sigh* that's sad I don't get that many dreams either; these recent ones are Very welcome exceptions. But honestly I have more meditations than dreams about Pandora and these are awesome cos you're in fact conscious, & you can "rewind" or "FF" it if needed, & also ask questions... meditations give a lot of space to play, it's like a lucid dream, only you're not sleeping - but I know many people find it difficult to meditate

I don't know if I've posted in here recently (probably not), but just about every time I have a meetup dream, we as a group find our way to Pandora somehow The most common route seems to be a lake that we are camped in front of. We dive into the lake and swim underwater for a few minutes, and when we surface, we are in Pandora and many of us are na'vi or avatars I dream about everyone specifically and in great detail. Apache, you are a na'vi and many times, you manage to bond with a direhorse and ride that around

Oooh - nice dream - is there a lake near the planned campsite for the 2012 meetup? I would not want to miss that meetup if there was a shortcut to Pandora in that lake

Fkeu'itan - if I am stressed or depressed, I do not dream either... so if you are still feeling "off" - maybe that contributes.

I think Raiden actually said there was a lake somewhere around the camping Aurora, you are generally human, but you wear a long braid and have other features similar to na'vi. I think much of the time you don't wear an exopack Maybe you aren't human after all

Haha - sounds allright, Moco Loco - I think I could live with being a mestee ("half-breed") - though I guess I would not have such an easy time on Pandora as the NA'Vi.

I dreamed one time about a world, the same as Pandora, with even floating mountains

In that time, I didn't knew about Avatar

It can be possible that this dream can be related to past life, or it can be that I got a vision of a future release of Avatar, because this was long before the release, and including I didn't knew about Avatar, haven't seen a picture of Pandora, this was proably in the late 2008 or early 2009

This dream was very facinating

Pretty cool, Tsanten Eywa 'eveng - do you like to share what happened or what you saw in the dream? Did you experience something? What was the same as on Pandora? You are not alone with that - some of the people here had some sort of dream or vision before Avatar of places that are similar. Mine included floating mountains, a big planet in the sky plus another moon, what I call "octopus tree" and myself in blue - sadly that was only a short image, not a dream with story or many details. Maybe you can tell us a bit abouot your dream, what it was like, what did you or others in the dream do?

I was inside the rainforest of "Pandora" I think I could see the big trees of Pandora, and I saw some of the floating mountains, and I was walking inside the rainforest, but I could just see this in just maybe 30 seconds, and then I woke up. And I was alone there, couldn't see someone

You're not exactly a halfbreed, more like a human with na'vi decorations and style. Maybe like a Star Trek alien human Anyway, the na'vi always take a quick liking to you despite your humanism.

You have pretty detailled dreams, Moco Loco . Well at least I do not need one of these stupid masks, that is comforting, though I guess I would as a human be a bit lost in that huge jungle there. And admittedly I would be quite envious at the ability of the others to fly Ikran and connect physically to the tree of voices and the animals. Ah well - one has to take what one can get, I guess

maybe both? Reading your post, especially the part about the floating mountains, I was thinking about the very beginning of Avatar: gliding above a misty forest, and Jake saying: "I started having these flying dreams... I was free!" Later in the movie, he rides his ikran & says: "I was born for that". So, somehow his dream predicted the future.

In my pre-Avatar dream (I mentioned seeing it on this thread but without details), I was holding on to a huge tree, its trunk was mossy & lianas were climbing it. I was cautiously looking down a very steep cliff into glowing river maybe hundreds of meters below. I had to get down to that river somehow & wasn't sure that the tree roots & lianas reached far enough. Every leaf, twig & moss had a purple-green-golden glow. There was a music, too: it seemed that every hue of light had its own sound, too, & together they merged into "the symphony of the forest". I was not human. I was violet, or purple, & covered head to toe with amulets. Or maybe the night glow made me seem purple, but I am pretty much sure it was my real skin colour. My hair was long; I had a knife & a short spear. I didn't live in the jungle; I was from a different part, "from a faraway place". My people sent me there to find The Wise Ones & ask them some question... & I didn't remember the question & it was driving me mad! I decided to concentrate on "the task in hand": on getting down to the river because in order to find those mysterious Wise Ones I was supposed to follow its course... *Sigh*. I prayed with all my heart to remember the question on the way & went up the river...

This scene was Not in Avatar; not even a similar one. But the glowing jungle & humanoids were very much part of it. So I don't know what my particular vision was: a memory, a premonition, a mix of both, or something else.
