What is your dreamjob?

So, as the title says: what is your absolute dreamjob/jobsituation? No matter possible physical, mental, economical or practical obstacles, just exactly what (and how) you want to do. But the job must exist in some way (in this world)

I think my answer would be to be a graphic designer/UI programmer (close to what I work with today) preferbly in a small company with friends, 50% of the time, and the other 50% would be on some kind of country farm that takes care of all kinds of saved (non-wanted) animals, where they can have the best life possible (maybe a petting zoo or something). There I would work with taking care of the animals and the garden and such. I like the idea to have some computerwork and some outdoors bodywork.

Another dream would be to make nature documentaries from all around the world. From all kinds of nature: the woods, from the sea, in the junge and so on.

Assuming were talking a REALISTIC job here, my dream job..... IDK if it could really classify for a job. id love to be a park ranger somewhere like the redwood forests. i also would not mind sompthing along the lines of the peace corps. i enjoy helping people, im selfishly selfless.

If we are really talking realistic, I'd like to run a venue/club for metal, for real metal, not for the semi-mainstream stuff the only decent place around here plays (far too much numetal/emo/stuff that isn't even metal there). I know so many people who are all exactly the same as me, wishing there was somewhere better to go.

I'd still rather be on Pandora though.

There are so many things I want to do with my life. I feel the need to help people but in which area? I can't choose. Should I be a scientist and try to cure cancer or other diseases or create new technology; a doctor and heal people; a politician and try and make my country a better place; a police officer and make the community safer? I also feel the need to join the army at the moment and help our boys out in Afghanistan. The sense of duty and honour is strong in me as I come from a family where the men all served in the Second World War as officers.

So far, I have gone done the route that will allow me to help people by preventing crime and such, I'm studying Law and hope to, one day, either become a prosecuting criminal lawyer (putting the bad guys away) or to become an FBI agent which has been my dream since I was about 12.

I have many other hobbies, however, that I would love to follow; filming nature documentaries like my idol David Attenborough; maybe become a skiing instructor....
There's so much I want to do bt so little time to do it in. Give me a time machine or something

I would love to be a writer or work in some archives somewhere at a university. I work in a library already (in the interlibrary loan department) but it would be cool to work with very old manuscripts. I would enjoy that .

I want to be the lead artistic developer for Weta Digital or ILM. I want to be in the business of creating worlds. I know it can be done, and it's very realistic I can get it. I won't take no for an answer..

well Im actually debating this with myself lately trying to figure it out and go after it. Though my jobs that I consider unobtainable would be either some kind of music producing, being an artist (mainly play my sax in jazz), or be a fighter pilot!

my dreamjob varies from time. i want to dig for dinosaurs and paint educational things for zoo's /school, illustratie my own stories, or paint the dinosaurusbones i find. i started that project in small, the death and decay project, but best would be to really work in on a archealogy project.

if i was so rich that i could do anything for a job i would start a dark palace that is a fantasy artgallery at days with lections and poetry events about mythology, history and fantasy etc and a metalplace at night. i will make it an outstanding place with a lot of events and invitation of good bands ghe ghe.. and than during day i will be painting in the gallery/studio and playing with the poor donkeys and ponies that are rescued and ride with my own horse and at night we shall party!

that would be the best, a good mixture between art, music, writing, nature and having a good life.

Lol, my dream job is actually what I'll be studying to become through UNT: a film composer. So it isn't really a dream, more of a soon-to-be reality. And trust me, I understand how hard it'll be.
