Well ok, those last three don't really count as childhood since I was in college when the Nintendo 64 and Playstation came out, but they are still very fond (and distant!) memories.
awesome games!

O_O you own an arcade machine :O

for me it was Donkey Kong Country 1 and Super Mario Allstars on the SNES. then i also had a PS1 were it was Crash bandicoot 1 through 3, Crash Team Racing, Tekken 3 (classic.), Spyro 1 and 2 and a big pile of other games. There was also a bit of PC gaming. Quake 3 Arena and AOE (mostly 1 but also 2) to name a few. iI also did grow up with a N64, though i never actually had one till a couple of years ago! So other classics like Goldeneye, OoT and Super Smash was also in there

I really like the 'Ratchet And Clank' games, even though I've only played the first one. I played it in the 2nd or 3rd grade. I also played 'War Of The Worlds' at that time. Ooh! AND 'Spongebob Squarepants: Battle For Bikini Bottom'. Ha ha ha! XD

Default Favourite Childhood Videogames...

Banjo Kazooie for sure. N64 was also my first gaming console but I definitely played a lot on the PC as well through Runescape.

Just had a nostalgic burst just earlier today, when I remembered Spectre Supreme;

I played this game loads on my old Mac Performa 630 when I was a kid... I just love the style of the graphics, the minimalist design and the sounds that everything makes, especially the 'cybermud' with it's deep bassy "woooahw" sound... Truly epic game.

All Pokemon games of the era, Banjo Kazooie, The Sims, Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64, and one of the Tony Hawks (I think it was 2). I don't play much anymore except for some of the same items of this list, the updated Pokemon and Sims.

Baldur's Gate 1, II and the Throne of Bhall. Okay I guess I was a little weird in my taste of "kid's" games. I did play all the classics pokemon, zelda etc(and still do). But my best childhood memories are of playing those old classics, along side Deus Ex and Placescape torment.

I loved playing Lemmings on my Atari ST. I even made a Lemming costume when I was about 10.

Hehe - PONG!
Ok, I played that only a few times and it was rather old already. But Donkey Kong, Gianna Sisters, Leisure Suit Larry and such games on the C64 and later Amiga were my first. I also liked the Monkey Island series and "Lemmings". I then followed gaming until about 4 years ago, when I lost interest mostly and just played a few simulation games like "Railroads"
